I think the price is fair compared to others around. They do a good job there. I have been satisfied with what management has done so far. I think my mother is very satisfied with the food. The service has been good. She's satisfied with the activities. We're satisfied with the housekeeping. They've taken care of anything that needed to be done. The caregivers do a good job. I think they have done a great job since we have been there.

We chose it because of the close proximity to where I live. We were relocating my mom from San Diego. I looked at six other places and I liked the people that I met with prior to move-in. They were willing to work in my budget. The facility was recently remodeled. The room was nice and she would have access to assisted living activities. They are all very approachable and available and kind. They are nice people. The building smells very nice and it is very well kept. The care is going very well. They are very attentive. Christy is really great and Carmen is good. The director of nursing is very good as well. I have been happy with everybody. They are very nice people. The director sends me updates and I feel that my mother is getting good care. I hope the staff stays because we have been happy with them.

I chose this facility because it allowed me to increase my physical and occupational therapy. Carla, in management, is very good. She has been more than helpful during my stay here. The food is very good. There is a good variety and good quality of food. The staff is very good too. They are very attentive and remember what you ordered. Housekeeping is very good. It is first class. I see nothing but proper respect when it comes to the caregivers. So far I feel I am getting a good value.

I like my mom's room; it overlooks the courtyard so she can look down at the plants. The management, particularly Carla, is amazing. I respect her. She is not afraid to do any job. She's very professional, personable, and always eager to do the right thing. The activities are great. They try to stimulate the residents as much as possible. Housekeeping is good. The building is kept up well. The caregivers are really patient. They've been very helpful. Everything has been good.

We got a good deal, and we're glad we got it as low as we did. We're pleased. Everything is going good. Every time we have an issue it gets taken care of right away. We make requests, and management will follow through, it's been really great. Whenever my mom is doing an activity, one of the girls on staff takes a photo and sends it to me. Every time we go my mom's room is clean. My mother enjoys going on the bus on outings. I'm very happy.

The really do work together beautifully with the residents. The holiday decorations are always beautiful. The care staff was right there calling for medical assistance and letting the family know what's going on when he had a fall. The maintenance men have been very helpful and they're always available. They have a flag and bird feeder outside. It makes you feel welcome. You can smell cookies baking inside with the fireplace going. He has gone to some activities. There is always something planned. He went to music on St. Patrick's Day. He has gone to some activities. He loves all of the food. It's all presented like gourmet food and he couldn't be happier. He loves being there; it's like being in heaven to him. It's a very happy, beautiful place.

The facility is very nice. My mom seems to like the food and the service seems to be prompt. She has no complaints. There are always activities going on. Everything seems to be good with the care team as well. So far, everything seems to be good.

What I observed even prior to placing my mother-in-law there was the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff and their interactions, so I was very pleased. I think management has been very good in the interactions with us and have been very good about notifying us about her progress. The maintenance has been very attentive and on the day of move-in they were at my beck and call for anything I needed. Overall, everyone's great and I'm very pleased.
