Claremont Place

The management has been really good. My mom has said that there is plenty of food and it is good and there is plenty of variety on the menu. The service staff is fine and accommodating. In regards to the activities, I know that they encourage her to take part in things but it is her decision to take part in things. I know the housekeeping is good. I am impressed with Kathy who is the head nurse there as well as the girl who gives the meds.

The community is doing a really good job and they have been attentive to my mother's needs. The activities are good. I know the residents enjoy the activities. Henry the Coordinator has been really good about getting her to participate. The management and dining is also great. She seems to really enjoy the food.

I've been very pleased with the staff overall. I'm glad my mother is there. The nurses are very respectful, and nothing feels rushed or hurried. The good care we have received has made this move in very easy. It seems like everything si well kept. I was told what to expect for housekeeping, and they are meeting all of those expectations. The music they offer for activities seems to bring my mom to a comfortable spot. The food has been really great. I feel comfortable leaving because the staff have been fantastic when looking after my mother.

There is always an activity going on in the community that keeps the residents engaged. No one is ever bored. The care staff are always on time with the medications. The drivers are well informed and are always on time. The dining department uses fresh ingredients, and the menu is varied. The management team is caring, know the residents' names, and resolve any issues right away. This attitude goes throughout the entire chain. The value is pretty forth. It's worth it.

The administrator is awesome. She is a great leader. She is very caring and professional. She goes the second mile, and is a fabulous administrator. I don't contact her a lot, but when I do, she is on it as soon as possible. I went to one of their buffets, and it was like a restaurant. I even commented to the chef that it was like going to a nice restaurant.The staff encourage the residents to participate in the activities, which is really good. When I go visit my mom, things are good in housekeeping. The care is very good. The caregivers have been fantastic and very attentive, and have gone beyond the call of duty. One of the gals gives my mom crossword puzzles because she knows my mom likes to do that. They also sometimes fill her bird feeder. By and large, they are fantastic. You would really have to do research to find a better community for the value. They love my mom and do a lot for her. They go the extra mile for her to make sure she is comfortable and having a good experience. They really give good and personal service

The director was awesome and made everything very easy. She did everything that we needed done. The dining was great, and the menu variety was great. I loved all the activites they offered. Her room and the building were really nice. Whenever we need something done, maintenance came right away to do things. I thought the caregivers were all very good. They were very attentive to her. My mom went on the outings, and I thought the transportatino was great. This was a great community, and she loved living here. I thought this was a great place to live.

The way everything comes together and is coordinated is great. The selection on the menu is wonderful. The people who work in the dining area are delightful people. The activities are very fun. They are always trying to reach out and include everyone, and they are very happy and spirited. The building is wonderful. It is a really nice environment, and it has lovely grounds. The people that are working there are happy and working, and they are not sitting around. They are actually involved in the residents. They care givers are really good and very nurturing. I think they have been very attentive and prompt. I have been very thankful to have a place that gives us peace of mind about her safety and environment.

He has been all over the world and they know that he knows a lot about wine, so they had him do a discussion and wine tasting last week with all of the residents, which I thought was awesome. He loved it. The maintenance man, John, is amazing, and his apartment is always clean. I would recommend it to everyone.

The management was very informative and very friendly. I love the way they treated my parents. I have nothing but good things to say about them. My parents think the food is very good and that is what is important. The care givers are just so sweet and nice to my parents and they are so helpful and good to me.

We certainly enjoy the extra things they do such as inviting us for events, and I think the care is excellent. The aides are really good about trying to keep him involved and anything else that I need done, they have no problem doing it.
