Things are handled well at the community and they provide what my sister needs. The healthcare staff is respectful, knowledgeable and there is enough of them. The maintenance guys are really on top of it and I am satisfied with both, the apartment and building condition. Any time I have been there, the laundry is done and the room is taken care of. She is very pleased with the activity trips and enjoys them quite a bit. The food is excellent and they have enough variety on the menu. The wait service is quick and they spoil the residents. Any time something is amiss, I get calls from management. Overall, they're doing a wonderful job and I am happy with what they're doing.

I am very pleased with the care that my mom is receiving and I think she is very pleased. My mom hasn't complained about anything. Everyone has exceeded our expectations. I met with Beth and the nurse leader and I thought the move in process was thorough and clearly understandable and I had no questions. There are quite a few activities. They put out a calendar every month and a lot of people go. I think it is very acceptable. The housekeeping and the laundry has been good and the maintenance staff has done everything that we have asked them to do. The care givers are always very attentive and always very nice to her and they help her as they need to. They gave her a medallion to wear around her neck for a call light.

The management was always willing to listen, and they didn't just sit in their office. They always came out of their office and came and checked on people. In regards to the dining, they always had a variety and they were always willing to substitute if someone didn't like something. They just were able to give seconds and were always checking to see if they were still hungry. If they weren't eating, they were just seeing what they could do to get them to eat. Housekeeping was very good. They got to things, and they got things cleaned up. Maintenance does a great job as well. The care givers were fantastic.They were really kind, and I never heard anyone say anything otherwise. I felt very confident when he left that my dad was taken care of.

The management is outstanding, and they take good care of my client. They call me with any problems that they may have. My client is very difficult, and the care givers wait on her hand and foot. They treat her like a princess. She will hit the button, and the care givers will be standing right there to see what they can do to help her. I have never seen my client's apartment dirty, and I have never seen her in dirty clothes.

The management team that I have met has been wonderful. They have shown that they know some personal details about my dad. They have acknowledged certain behaviors and certain preferences, which makes me feel he is being looked after and cared for. The dining staff save him an extra dessert quite a bit, and it is so kind of them. The servers are very nice. When I 've been there, they have an evening shift of people come in and sing or interact. While my dad does not participate, the activities are a wonderful and a very much appreciated feature there. The housekeeping is excellent. It is always done nicely. The room is always clean and orderly and looks very well kept. The care givers are excellent. I really appreciate what they do, and I think we all know that those are the ones that are running the show. What they are doing is just wonderful. It is really appreciated. It is humbling what is being done for the people there. My hats off to the staff, but I know that it comes down from the management as well. I do recommend the place. It is wonderful.

Every time we have been there, the room has been very neat. They do her laundry twice a week, and it is also neat. My mom seems to enjoy the food, and she says she likes it. The variety is good and the service is good. The management team has always communicates with us for any issues. They are fairly easy to find. Every time we are there, she seems to like it. We have been very pleased with it.

Management has been great, very helpful and very responsive. I think the caregivers are pretty good, and they all have a good attitude about what they are doing. My mom likes the food pretty well, and everyone in the dining staff is wonderful. I am pretty happy with the activites. She likes pretty much everything that they do. Maintenance has been right on top of it and have taken care of the things she needed done in her apartment. The building is all fine, and it is well priced for what she is receiving. We are very happy with this community because it is a nice community, and the people here make it what it is. I am very happy that she is here.

My sister enjoys their activities and has mentioned trips, along with other opportunities to do. The healthcare staff are all buddies there and they all know her. They will call me if they think something isn't right. Their maintenance man is a quiet provider. If my sister wants anything, he will just go to her room to look at things. I think they bend over backwards with her housekeeping. The management team is working out fine, and they're usually on the premises. I think the value is there, and I have no security concerns. Overall, she feels safe and comfortable. I think it's a good fit for her.

We've never had an issue with any of the aides, any of the nurses, or any of the staff. Everybody has just been spot on. They're a very caring facility. They make you more of a family than just a number or a patient. The care staff is awesome. They stop by regularly. THe care that he gets is outstanding. They all do top notch. As soon as we pointed out an issue, the maintenance was right on it. I've never noticed an issue with the building. My dad's room is always clean. They do a great job with his laundry. They take care of the place. The facility is always clean. Whenever we're there, they're always doing stuff with the residents. The activities always look like fun. If there's something my father doesn't like, we let them know, and they'll give him a hambiurger or a sandwich. All of the management there is the best. They care. It's well worth it's price. Hands down, they will always be number one in our books for any of our family members. We actually recommended them.
