We toured several facilities in the area and some of them had waiting lists or didn’t get back to us. They have everything that my mom needs and if she declines, she can move to the assisted side of the building. I think the value is great and my mom likes the food, there is a good variety. My mom plays bingo and went down for a rosary activity recently plus she does some other activities, she enjoys that. The housekeeping is good and the value has been great.

I think the value is very satisfactory for the services. Laurie, who manages the floor, is always very responsive. Her eyes are always open, and she is quick to respond when things don't go well. Mom doesn't participate in any of their activities, but they've set up a table for her in the sun room so she can take care of the flowers down there because she loves gardening.

The value is pretty good. I am especially thankful for Beth because she devises so many things that you can do. She is always looking for something interesting to do, and she works hard. The only transportation I know of is when we go grocery shopping on Wednesdays. That's great. Sometimes we use it for other things, but mostly it is just grocery shopping. Overall, this is a nice place.

I think the value is fair. The activities are good; my sister chooses not to participate. The laundry is fine. The maintenance staff helped adjust her chair and put up a plant hanger for her. The maintenance is fine. Krystal and Lori have been very accommodating to us.

I was very satisfied with it, the price and service was pretty good. I liked the idea that they had a soup day. It was very good. Every Friday they had donuts in the morning, so that was fun. The condition of the building was good.

I live here and I go to therapy, it's good. The condition of the vehicles is good, and they're flexible. I used it for some of the trips and it was good. They're good and consistent with the housekeeping and laundry.

When I was on the tour, I was amazed by the kitchen in my apartment. Holy cow, that was awesome. No place I visited could compare with that, regardless of the cost. I am truly assisted living. I need it for dressing and showering. I need people to put me to bed and put my sleep apnea mask on. Generally speaking, I am happy with healthcare. I am going on a two day trip. And I have all my meds. That is really something that they do that for me. The housekeepers come once a week and do major cleaning. But I am a pack rat. I make it hard for them. But I am reasonably satisfied with the housecleaning. And they do my laundry completely. I have taken part in the activities. I am in a motorized wheelchair, so I can't do everything. But I play cards and go on outings.

We feel an extension of love here. The staff is quality staff. They love us and they're genuine. The transportation system is good. They take us to various activities and out to lunch. I feel very safe, especially with the bus. They have a little step that you can step on, and they're always there to help you down the step and help you get to your walker. The maintenance staff is very prompt. We never had to wait more than a day or two. The common area is very nice. I especially like the fountain areas in the lobby. It gives it a very warm appeal to it. I love the activities. I absolutely love the activities. There's a wide variety of things, and some things for the people with less skill. I've taught a couple of jewelry classes because I make jewelry. The staff really gets behind it. I have a jewelry show four times a year. There's something called senior enrichment and that's what enriches me. The management is wonderful. The whole staff is wonderful to us. They treat us with kid gloves sometimes. They are friendly and yet professional. It's worth every penny, we're very pleased.
