Autumn Green at Wright Campus

Management goes out of their way to help my mom if she needs it. They do their best to watch over her. My mom is very happy with the dining. The vehicle they have is in good shape. The staff is great. I see how hard the care staff works. Everything is just fine, and I am happy that my mom is here. She tells me that she is very happy and comfortable here and that she loves it.

The management is responsive when somebody has an issue or a problem. The housekeeping people come once every other week and do a fine job. The maintenance is very good as well.. When in you put in for a problem, it only takes a few days for it to be resolved. It does definitely form a feeling of community that I feel a membership with, and the staff is very good at bolstering that.

I was accepted and treated very well. I've found the food to be very nice and very good. If I can't eat what they are serving, I can pick an alternative. There are a tremendous amount of activities. The scheduling is unbeliveable. There is something going every hour, and that is very nice. My housekeeper is very efficient.

I've been very pleased with the friendliness and patience of the staff. So far, it's been a very positive experience for all of us. My friend loves the transportation services. She really enjoys the driver. He's been very friendly with helping her get around and making suggestions of places she can go. The maintenance staff has been great and responsive. As soon as I voiced my concerns, they got right on it. I know that the activities director, Miriam, works very hard. She's been working very hard on putting together activities here. We joined my friend for dinner one night. We enjoyed it immensely. The manager in the dining hall has been working very hard to accomodate her needs. I think Alyssa and the rest of the management was very helpful. They were open and communicative. They responded very quickly to our questions and concerns. I'm very happy with the responsivenes of everybody. The reception area staff has been incredible. They've been so sweet and patient. She's expressed how happy she is and how much she enjoys the other residents and the activities.

The staff here are friendly, they welcome you when you come in and they are helpful. You can ask questions at the front desk and they direct you to where you need to go. I asked a question the other day and got directions right away. I really like the food here, they have a good variety and the service is excellent. The housekeeping is done beautifully and if you need maintenance they are available. I think it is a fair price for what I am getting and I do feel safe and comfortable here.

It is a very homey place. It is not super big which I like. I am very comfortable here, and everyone who works here is extremely nice and helpful when you need them. The dining is very tasty and they give you more than enough. I think they have a good variety. Maintenance came up right away. The building is very clean. Housekeeping is nicely done.

I am satisfied with the services and accommodations my father receives at the community. The maintenance staff typically they address things quickly if they're minor and the building is definitely maintained. The fact that laundry is in the building is helpful and the apartment cleaning is satisfactory. For those that want to participate in activities , the options are certainly there and they're consistently offered. Right from the get go when I was getting paperwork going, managment has always responsive and helpful to not only me, but my father too. He feels safe, comfortable and they go above & beyond for the residents there. From a custodial perspective, or someone who doesn't live there, we have been very happy with how things have gone.

The management has been responsive to everything I need for my dad. Any questions I have if there is not a management person there I am getting phone calls back within 15 to 20 minutes. It has been great up to this point. There is so much for the residents to do. They have the bus that takes them places. They go to the mall. They go to Butera. They have movie night and bingo and checkers. Everything there available is wonderful for the people. The housekeepers do an absolutely perfect job. The facility is spotless, and the day I ask for something, it is done the next day. The head nurse and her staff is phenomonal. My dad absolutely loves it there. I am 100% saitsfied with the care and the way they treat my dad. Autumn Green has turned out to be a perfect fit for my dad. My dad's stay thre for the last six to seven months has been phenomenal. People there are absolutely phenomenal.

I think the care staff is attentive. Everyone is friendly and polite, and everyone comes in and does what they’re supposed to do. The guy that drives the bus is very nice. Everybody likes him, and he's very pleasant with the members of the community. The housekeepers do what they're supposed to do. They clean her apartment every two weeks, and they do her laundry every week. I think the facility runs well. It's a nice facility. I recommend it all the time. I always tell everyone how great it is if you have a parent that needs to go to a facility.

The staff were all very considerate, and they were very helpful. I was very pleased with the place. Both my husband and I thought the apartment was very comfortable. We absolutely felt safe. I never doubted it for a moment and never even thought about not being safe. The food was good. We enjoyed it. There were quite a few activities on a daily basis. The housekeeping staff was pretty good. We had a cat there with us, and everyone was very careful with him, which I appreciated immensely. The building was clean and modern and up to date and well cared for. I think they have a wonderful staff, and we only have good things to say.
