The Atrium Village

My mom has always received really really good care there, they have an outstanding team there with Kelly and Diana, the Director and Assisting Director, I can't say enough good things about them. They're always supportive and attentive to every need. Management is excellent, we've always been able to work with Ruben really well, the Executive Director. He has always been compassionate, understanding and really hands on. Whenever we've needed any information from the front desk, they're always accessible, the billing department, just everything. She's very happy there, she considers it her home, we're very pleased with the Atrium.

The management is always very responsive. Anytime that we have an issue we know that we can call and a message will get through to them. My mother is very happy with the food and is happy to have homemade soup everyday. It seems like there is a lot of activities to do. If my mom ever has a problem the maintenance staff are right on it and are very responsive. The building is really, really nice. They do a beautiful job from the gardening and the fresh fruits and the raised herb gardens. The care givers that help my mom have been really, really terrific, caring and responsive and they interact with her well.

Management is doing a very good job, I've never had a problem reaching anyone. The healthcare staff seem to be on top of everything and whenever I talk to someone they seem to be very knowledgeable about my mom. Maintenance has responded every time we've needed anything and they keep the building looking very nice. My mother doesn't complain about the food so I'd say she is satisfied with the food. My mother is very friendly with the servers and she seems to be very comfortable in the dining room. We're very pleased.

Things seem to be going very well and my mom seems to be happy. Everyone seems to be very caring there and they really take good care of my mom. My mom participates in every activity that they offer and she seems to really enjoy them. My mom also seems to like the menu variety and she says the food tastes good. The servers are very nice and it's a nice set up in the dining room. It's invaluable to us because we're working adults. My siblings and I would be lost if we didn't have this place.

Since my sister-in-law has been there I haven't had that much contact but what I have seen and the contact I have had with them has been very professional and caring. The dining is very good, they've been very caring and made sure that everybody was served and seated, it seemed very professional and like everybody knew what they were doing. I've seen the chorus groups and people coming in to do programs in the main lobby, that was very well done. The healthcare services seem to be very good, it's an excellent facility.

I think the amanagement is very good. Once you get them they are very responsive. My mom is very pleased with the dining. Her server is wonderful. They are very good at maintenance. I spoke to the person who just took over for the housekeeping and he is wonderful and responsive. Overall, I think they are working at improving the things that need to be improved.

My mom only has good things to say about the food. She only takes advantage of the bingo and she absolutely loves it. She is legally blind and has her fears so I am happy that she is at least doing that.

It's good service. I haven't had any problems with the management or leadership team. They have entertainment, singing, playing the piano, and things reminiscent of old times, things I remember as a child. The housekeeper comes clean every Tuesday morning and they are usually on time.

I am satisfied with the services and accommodations that are provided to my mother at The Atrium Village; she feels safe and comfortable at the community. Everyone in management is great and we're working with the Director right now, who has been very kind and accessible to my brother's requests. The food looks alright, the dining staff is great and when my daughters go on Sundays, they say the brunch with omelets looks amazing. My mom is allowed to come to the main floor activities at the community and we've had no issues with maintenance. The housekeeping and laundry services are fine, so they have been consistently good thus far as well. Regarding her care, her caretakers go above and beyond, so they're wonderful. I don't know what we would do without some of them because they're so kind, accommodating and good to my mother, so it's really been a good experience for her.
