Everything has been absolutely amazing. I cannot say enough about how good this experience has been for her and for our family. Someone always comes by to get her for the activities and she is participating in them. Everything seems clean when we go there, the building is very clean and everything seems to be working. The caregivers have been amazing. When I walk in they greet me and give me an update on how she has been doing.

We chose this community because we liked the set up and everything. It is very close to us and we liked this one the best out of the several we looked at. Management explained things to us very well and it was very comprehensive. They have a lot of activities here that my brother enjoys. They are taking good care of him here.

I think my Dad gets a lot for his money. His room has a lot of windows so he gets plenty of sunlight, can look outside, and I like the layout of the room. There are activities all day long and the staff is good at checking in on him.

The people are very friendly and they take care of her. They do a nice job of taking care of both the community and her apartment. My aunt is happy with where she is living.

I feel like the staff is happy at the community and generally, management is huge with holding people accountable, which is what happens there. Overall, the fact that they have certified Nurses and medtechs on campus is huge as far as medications being administered correctly. It's been just what we needed, so it's been good and better than her last place, which I am grateful for. Management listens and they take care of the residents, so we have been really happy there and I have spoken with several of my mother's friends about the community.

My heart is happy that he is there.

This community is as good as it gets. My dad was disappointed that he had to leave but he needed 24 hour care. I am hoping he will get better and I can move him back. I never had to worry about my father when I went home because he was in great hands at this community and he felt safe. They knocked it out of the park for my dad. The price was more than fair and I had no complaints. I thought they did an outstanding job with the activities. He really enjoyed the music and the activities people did a good job putting together the programs. The yards and the building were clean and the transportation worked out great. They always got him to his appointments on time. The medical staff was outstanding. Marge, Michelle and all the people in the medical staff were excellent. They cared and I made a lot of friends here. I felt like everybody went above and beyond. They have a fabulous staff here. It is a beautiful community.

We looked at several places and that one seemed the best. The management have always answered the questions that we asked and they seem very caring. My cousin hasn't complained and she says the food is good. She always has clean clothes and the room is always clean. The building looks really good. Everything is clean and well kept. The care givers all seem very caring and right there when she needs something.

My mother loves the layout of her apartment. Compared to other places this community is always clean and things are kept up with. Eric, in management, and the head of nursing are pretty good. The head of nursing is adorable and on the spot with things. My mom enjoys the food there for the most part. There are somethings she doesn't care for but there is always something she can choose from. The servers are wonderful. They all know her by name and know what she likes to drink. I eat there two times a week and they even know what I like to drink. The housekeeping is great and mom likes the lady who comes in and cleans. I think the maintenance people do a great job. I am very satisfied with her care and she loves the lady who gives her her baths. There are a couple CNA's that deserve to be given a shoutout. Yvonne and Juanita are phenomenal. They are outstanding and go out of their way to help my mom. I love this place and would move into it myself.

I chose this community for my dad because of the location. Pat in management was wonderful. Her attitude and her tone, it's how she spoke to me, everything about how she interacted with me was positive. Pat was my lead there and she was phenomenal. My folks just love the dining and think the food is excellent. Maintenance has been all over the things we've needed, they've been great, I'd give maintenance a thumbs up all the way around. It's a good value. Thank you and I appreciate making this happen and for everything working out the way that it did. Everything has worked out really well.
