All American Assisted Living at Wrentham

I think State Street is economical and the apartment size is good for my brother-in-law. I think there is a good offering of activities for him to participate in. I am pleased with the laundry and maintenance services. Overall, I feel like the care staff tries to do a good job. My wife talks to them a lot about things that he needs and they have responded nicely.

When looking at communities, this was by far the nicest place. We've eaten at the community with my mother-in-law before and I always think the food is nice and the people definitely know her and cut up her food, they're very kind to the residents and it always looks nice. She likes the driver Harold a lot, he's very respectful. Some of the nurses are really nice when I've gone to talk to them about various issues and I think they have a good handle on her.

My mother has been there quite a while and overall I’m very pleased. The dining staff could not be nicer or more accommodating, they have even gone the extra step and made a point of including fish she likes on the menu which I thought was really good. There's a really nice variety of activities and they make it a point to include the residents in different activities even when they didn't sign up, they pull people in, I know my mother especially enjoys the outings. Housekeeping are very accommodating, maintenance are fabulous and the healthcare staff have been terrific.

My mom loves it, she's made many friends and they let her keep her dogs, they're great with the pets. They'll walk the dog for her, their staff is wonderful. The food is good and they go on outings, she loves it. The healthcare staff call me every time they have an issue or if something happens, they're on top of it. They're great people.

My mom is well fed and taken care of and has a nice room. We've eaten there on numerous occasions and the food is very good, I think Sue Long takes great pains in trying to make things good for the residents and goes out of her way to help the situation and get them nutritious food. I think she does a great job, it's just like a restaurant in there. The management staff has given us very good service and have been good with our requests with what we need, they seem to be concerned and do an excellent job. I've told other people if you need something in that line you certainly need to see State Street, they seem to do a very nice job and we're very pleased with the location and everything about it.

The management seems very attentive and she seems well taken care of. The management staff keep me informed on what is going on. I am happy with that. She is always well fed and cared for. The laundry is always clean. She always has clean sheets and her clothes are always clean. Inside and out the building is very clean. The grounds are well kept. I think it is an excellent value. I searched for months for a place for her. I am very happy with it.
