All American Assisted Living at Londonderry

We had no issues with this community, and they worked with us immediately on anything that came up. The care staff was good, the consistently gave my dad his medication, and they notified us in advance if he was running low on medication. We had questions for them from time to time, and they were more than willing to talk to us about it. The maintenance team was good too. They took great care of my dad, and the building was always well taken care of. The activities were good, and they got him to go to everything. They encouraged it, and he loved it. I can't say enough about the dining staff. They would prepare the food so he could easily eat it. The mangement team was very attentive to anything that we needed to bring up. They were just great. They liked my dad, and he liked them. It was a very good situation. The people working there are exceptional. I've told a lot of people about this place.

The management staff is very involved and knowledgeable and have taken care of us with questions about paperwork. They are just very friendly. I've had a few meals there with my mother, and I thought the food was very adequate. The activities department seem to keep them pretty busy and stuff. The nurses that I deal with have been really good with me mother. We are very happy with what we have going on so far. I think they keep the building really nice, inside and out. The place never looks really dirty. We are pleased with our choice and couldn't be happier.

My dad is so happy, and it makes my family feel secure. He loves the nurses and the girls who give him his pills. The nurses who deal with medication are on top of everything. He loves the therapy. The facility is vacuumed, and the staff is very sweet. Maintenance has been great because he's had issues and there is always somebody there to help him. He is very happy there and signs up for all the activities. He loves it there. He loves the staff. When we walked into the building, there was music and laughing, and people immediately greeted us. His whole life has changed for the better.

The management has bent over backwards for our family and my parents. My dad loves the food, and when I ate there, the service was like a five star restaurant. My mother loves doing all the activities. The housekeeping and the laundry is pretty good, and whenever they need something, the maintenance guy is there hanging stuff up for them or fixing their TV or their computer. My mom loves it there.

The value is good. Management are accessible and responsive. There is a good variety in activities. The building is well maintained. The response time for a work order is pretty quick. The Optimal Living program is helping her. The care services are very good. I would recommend it.

The price of the community is a lot better than many other places, and the apartment my mom has is very nice. The nurses are amazing, and all the aides are excellent. She has worked with the physical therapy people, and they're all good. We haven't had any maintenance problems, and the building looks very satisfactory. They're doing a good job with the housekeeping and laundry, and there is consistency in the service. The activity director always tries to get the residents involved, and I have never seen someone with such high energy. If they could wrap her up to find more people like her, they should because she is amazing. They do bingo, balloon games, and bowling, and she has even had them making gingerbread men. If my mom eats her lunch and she is still hungry, they'll give her another lunch. Overall, management is trying their best to please everyone and make things run as be as they can.

People can't believe what my father gets for how much he is paying. Management is very open, they listen to me and my concerns, and action is taken if something is amiss. I think they are the best team that has been here in two years. He loves the food. The housekeeping is good. The maintenance is fine. Overall, he is in a good place, he gets good care, and he really enjoys it here. I think it was a good choice for us and for him. My brother and I are very pleased that we found this place.

This place has the best staff that you could ever want to have at a community. The main reason I moved here was because they check on you, even if you miss a meal, so they're very attentive to the residents. I have had no issues with my apartment, and the building is beautiful. I am satisfied with the apartment cleaning, laundry, and consistency of service. The activities are excellent and our activities director does a great job. We have luncheons just about every day, good entertainers that come in each month, occasional movies, and even a happy hour with minor drinks. During dining, the staff go out of their way to make people comfortable and not give them things that aren't in their diet. All in all, management is the best. I feel safe, and I would recommend the community in a heartbeat.

The care staaff is very attentive. They call me no matter what. They involve me in the decision process, and I really respect that. The maintenance team has been wonderful. They've been there for every little thing. I often pop in to observe some of the activities, and I'm very impressed. Tracey, the director, has been wonderful. She listens. She's informative. She calms me down when I've had a rough day with my dad. In our opinion, she seems to have turned the place around. It's very much worth the price. He's very safe, and he feels safe too.

I think the community is a pretty good value and the accommodations are perfect for my aunt. It's a clean place that smells nice and has good services, so I am very happy with it and the healthcare staff is great. I find them to be responsive, hard working and on top of things. The apartment cleaning is satisfactory and they are flexible during dining in that the service staff is very good with trying to encourage options. Whenever I have asked management for support, help or anything related to my aunt, I have always gotten great responses and they're also very proactive as well, in terms of flu season. She feels safe, comfortable and she knows her space now. Overall, for her, it's been a good solution.
